Carly Adamson is a registered psychologist and organisational performance specialist with more than 25 years' consulting experience across leadership development, behavioural change, executive coaching, team effectiveness and culture transformation. She has worked directly with more than 15,000 leaders across some 4,500 teams.

She is recognised for her expertise in psychological safety and speak-up culture.
She has partnered with senior leaders, executive teams and frontline operations across mining, resources, infrastructure, transport, retail, government, professional services and global institutions, including BHP, Aurizon, Sime Darby, Powerlink Queensland, Mater Foundation and the United Nations.
